About the Role

Akima is seeking an experienced AMT Lead in Anchorage, Alaska, responsible for managing advanced aircraft maintenance

and providing technical leadership to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs). The ideal candidate will play a key role

in ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. This position involves training and mentoring junior

technicians, assigning tasks, and maintaining operational reliability and safety standards. Experience with common
