Laundry Worker
About the Role
Live Oak Retirement Community is seeking an Environmental Technician/Laundry Attendant with a minimum of 2 years laundry
experience and 2 years custodial experience in a hospital setting. This position will be responsible for daily cleaning
and supplying resident rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, laboratories, bathrooms, offices and any other areas
assigned in accordance with the facilities objectives. The individual will use cleaning devices, including 16oz wet
mops, wringers, dusters, vacuum cleaners, cleaning chemicals, commercial washers and dryers and other necessary tools,
products and supplies. This job requires the applicant to be able to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds
