About the Role

First Shift- Laser Welding Operators Nesco Resource is looking for first shift laser welding operators located in

Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Shift: Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay: $18.50- $19.00/hour Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and

productivity. Configure and maintain wire and tube processing equipment in accordance with production schedules and

quality standards, making minor adjustments as needed. Operate multiple pieces of equipment within an assigned work

cell. Perform in-process inspections and analyze data per work instructions, routers, and specifications using precision
