About the Role
Position Summary Laser Cutting Machine Operator / Setup Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, and
programming of laser cutting machines. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup Set up and operate laser cutting
machines (fiber and/or CO2) to produce high‑precision components. Interpret and work from technical drawings,
blueprints, and CAD files. Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
Programming Develop and optimize laser cutting manual programs using G codes and/or CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360,
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam). Adjust cutting parameters based on material type and thickness to ensure quality and
