Technician to support multiple residential communities in the Treasure Valley. In this role, you will be responsible for
maintaining assigned properties in safe, attractive, and fully functional condition — handling everything from service
requests and apartment turns to preventative maintenance and emergency response. This is a multi-site position . You
will work across multiple communities and collaborate closely with site leadership to uphold the high standards of
