About the Role

As a Zuma Pastry Cook, you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to

delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to uphold

Zuma's standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Zuma is a contemporary

Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. Our global collection includes four venues

across North America's most iconic cities: Our venues are icons in each of their hospitality landscapes, demonstrating
