around live-fire cooking. The Italian-inflected menu takes inspiration from Chef Sterling's extensive travels and is
rooted in the understated excellence of seasonal ingredients and purposeful preparations. The Pastry Cook is responsible
for the daily preparation of food and pastry items for service in the restaurant. You have a strong passion for food,
technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow as a leader
