Travel is also covered from your point of departure. Primary Role: First Cooks are responsible for food safety and
quality and the supervision of other kitchen staff, as needed. Qualifications FoodSafe Level 1 (required) Post-secondary
education in culinary arts, an asset Red Seal or Red Seal apprentice, an asset First Aid Standard Level required Minimum
of 3 years of experience cooking in high volumes preferred Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to
employment and work/live in a drug and alcohol-free camp environment for up to 4 weeks at a time. Personal Attributes &
Skills Highly motivated to prepare fresh, tasteful, appealing food Flexible, 'whatever it takes' attitude Capable of
