About the Role
Job Description Join us as a Journeyworker, Industrial Electrician at our Brillion, WI location. In this role, you'll
help create and maintain an environment where equipment operates safely, reliably, and exactly as designed. Pay:
Starting at $35.00/hour plus $2,000 sign‐on bonus. Schedule & Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM. Repairing and
maintaining electrical equipment. Reading and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment. Completing
preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks. Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines,
policies, and procedures. Communicating with all levels via reports, e‐mail, verbally, and in group settings.
