About the Role

Porter Job Employee reports directly to the Facility Manager. The Porter is expected to maintain the appearance of the

building clean and orderly and generally serving the residents. Responsibilities # The Porter reports directly to the

Facility Manager regarding all janitorial and facility related issues; immediately reports any major building repairs,

hazards, defects and/or supply needs to the Facility Manager. # Bathroom-cleaning sinks, showers, and toilets. #

Kitchen/Serving Area-cleaning sinks and counters; cleaning small appliances and serving utensils or serving equipment,

including the steam table and cart. Bag trash after meals. # Dining Room-washing off tables, sweeping and mopping. Clean
