About the Role

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitor for the night shift (3pm to 11:30pm) to support daily

operations at the Anchorage ConocoPhillips Tower. This role performs regular janitorial duties including office

cleaning, trash removal, cleaning of bathrooms, and much more. Urban, Monday-Friday (40 hrs/week) Clean hallways,

stairways, offices, break areas and equipment, common areas, restrooms, public areas, and other similar areas Sweep,

mop, scrubs, strip, extract, wax, buff, vacuum, etc. Change light bulbs and perform light facility maintenance High

school diploma or equivalent Six months of janitorial experience Able to proficiently speak, read, understand and write
