Job Overview: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Virginia Park Apartments a

40 unit community that designed for individuals with mobility or sensory impairments tenants. As a Janitor, you will

play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your work will

ensure that our spaces are welcoming, sanitary, and comfortable for all employees, residents, and visitors. Cleaning &

Sanitizing: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting all areas of

the facility such as offices, hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Restroom Maintenance: Vacant Unit
