Janitor Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions): This list of duties and responsibilities is not

all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need. Clean hallways, glass

doors and window areas, restrooms, empty trash containers, and light office cleaning Clean and prepare vacant units for

new residents and minor repairs Walk the grounds picking up paper, trash, etc. Responsible for the daily upkeep of the

property office and common areas of property buildings Adhere to dress code as established by management Use protective

equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety &
