~ Job Objective(s) Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the carpet and common areas throughout the campus and

ensuring that visitors, residents, families, and staff have a positive impression. Job Responsibilities and Duties •

Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff • Follow job routines and instructions according to the

assigned schedule • Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues • Assist in keeping all

common areas neat, clean and safe • Replace light bulbs patching/painting walls, shovel sidewalks/ put ice melt down •

Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner • Must be able to operate and maintain
