About the Role

Janitor Keeps premises of office building, or other commercial or institutional building, in clean and orderly condition

by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be

assigned. Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trims. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges,

restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes

floor. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Operates a variety of cleaning equipment including

vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, buffing machines, and carpet extractors. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metal
