Job Description Job Description We are hiring an e xperienced shop fitter to join our fabrication team. This is not an
entry-level position —we are looking for someone with experience in layout, fit-up, and welding in a production shop
environment. Read and interpret structural steel shop drawings Accurately lay out, fit, and tack/weld steel components
according to drawings and tolerances Utilize tools such as torches, grinders, squares, and tape measures for precise
fit-up Work with cranes, rigging, and shop equipment to move and position steel pieces Collaborate with shop foremen and
welders to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Uphold company standards for
