About the Role

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for experienced Ironworkers to join our Industrial Services Team. This

is a full-time position with standard work hours, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame. The Ironworker

is responsible for laying out and fabricating structural steel and sheet metal. You should always be prepared,

organized, and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly while not being afraid to ask for help when needed.

Study specifications in blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, or sizes of materials required and work

requirements. Bolt aligned structural steel members in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place.
