About the Role
Receiving Clerk The primary role of the Receiving Clerk is to ensure that all storeroom-related needs of the internal
and external customers are met in a manner that meets or exceeds the hotel specifications and standards. While no job
description can possibly provide a comprehensive list of job duties, the following is a summary of the major
responsibilities for the position. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee, coordinate, and track all receiving and
distribution. Manage inventory levels, and track costs. Assist with loading dock, arriving deliveries / vendors and dock
cleanliness. Maintain correct storage of all items; perform monthly inventory. Input, access, and retrieve information
