About the Role

Shipping Clerk Shipping clerk inspects, prepares and packs customers' orders. Ensuring final quality check, ensures

amounts are correct and follows specific shipping instructions. Will check packing instructions and quantity to make

sure order ships per customer specifications, quantity ordered, and correct shipping carrier. Enter shipment information

in shipping system to produce packing slip and customer information. Affix packing slip and all labels required by

customer. Updates shipping information on the job jacket. Processes shipment through automated shipping system to make

sure correct carrier is selected and shipping charges are applied. At end of the shift clerk cleans area, equipment, and
