Description POSITION SUMMARY The Driver Instructor role will be key in the full cycle training and development of
student, trainee & CDL truck drivers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Training, development, and retraining of cadet's and CDL truck
drivers. Establish and communicate clear learning objective to cadet's and CDL truck drivers for all learning and
training/retraining activities. Assess training and retraining gaps of current cadet's and CDL truck drivers. Understand
and train basic roadside maintenance and company procedures. Teach hands-on portion of truck driving finishing program
