Industrial Painter/Blaster An Industrial Painter/Blaster is responsible for preparing and coating metal parts,

equipment, and structural components according to project specifications. The role includes surface preparation,

abrasive blasting, paint mixing, and application using various industrial coating methods. Key Responsibilities Perform

abrasive blasting using sand, steel grit, or other media to remove rust, scale, coatings, and contaminants. Prepare

surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and masking areas as required. Mix and apply primers, epoxies, urethanes, and other

industrial coatings to specified thickness (mil readings). Operate spray guns, pressure pots, blast pots, and related
