About the Role
Industrial Painter The Industrial Painter is responsible for the surface preparation, coating, and painting of
industrial machinery and components. This role ensures all finished products meet strict customer specifications and
high-quality standards. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position (40 hours/week) with opportunities for overtime
based on production needs. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Sandblast, clean, fill, and paint industrial machinery
and heavy components. Mix a wide variety of industrial paints, coatings, and hardeners according to precise technical
specifications. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure superior quality, detail, and adherence to customer specifications.
