Position Summary The Industrial Painter is responsible for applying primer, paint, and specialty coatings to parts and
finished products while ensuring a high-quality finish that meets Harper Industries standards. This role is responsible
for maintaining coating consistency, operating paint equipment safely and efficiently, and supporting departmental
quality and production goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Apply primer, paint, and specialty coatings to
parts and finished products - Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality standards are consistently achieved -
