About the Role

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Apply industrial coatings to manufactured products using spray guns; Perform paint

preparation activities such as cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface prep to ensure proper adhesion and finish

quality; Measure paint thickness and viscosity, including wet film and dry film measurements, to ensure coatings meet

specified requirements; Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment when working with

paint chemicals and related materials; Inspect finished products for coating quality, coverage, and defects, and make

necessary adjustments to maintain high standards
