About the Role

KSM Industries Germantown, WI Powder Painter Job Duties: Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns,

conveyor systems, wash systems, curing ovens, to efficiently coat metal products Visually inspect parts and prepare

surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking and applying appropriate pre-treatment chemicals Perform quality

inspections before, during and after coating application to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, this

includes proper paint application and thickness by using mil-gauge testing equipment Adjust equipment settings as needed

to achieve desired coating thickness, texture and color consistency Monitor and troubleshoot any equipment issues and
