About the Role

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Prepare metal surfaces and structures for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and

other prep work; Apply powder coatings and industrial paints according to blueprints, drawings, and design

specifications; Set up, operate, and adjust spray guns, sprayers, and paint booth equipment to ensure proper coating

application; Monitor coating thickness using mil readings and track material usage to maintain consistency and reduce

waste; Inspect finished products for coating defects such as runs, orange peel, thin spots, or contamination, and

troubleshoot issues promptly
