About the Role
Industrial Millwright / Welder Responsibilities Dismantle, assemble or fabricate general equipment (i.e. mills,
pulverizers, conveyors, crushers, rotating equipment with belts, chains, fan housings, blowers, motors, etc.) Diagnose
and make repairs to such general plant equipment as mills, pulverizers, crushers, conveyors, etc. Handle heavy, bulky
units, in rigging, moving and setting them. Make decisions concerning the feasibility of salvaging or scrapping
equipment or parts removed for repair or replacement. Repair, fabricate or improve metals by welding or cutting. Use
blueprints, verbal instructions, or original ideas to perform the work. Use his skill in any part of the plant as
