Maintenance Electrician - JLL What this job involves The Maintenance Electrician is a multi-functional technician

responsible for effectively maintaining building systems and infrastructure in optimal condition. Performs inspections

and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including electrical, heating, ventilation, air

conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, material handling and conveyance systems, robotics; walls and flooring; installed

fixtures; roofing systems; lighting, etc. Executes equipment inspection and monitoring programs; defines and implements

maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime. Continuously evaluates current maintenance,
