Industrial Electrician Team Lead

About the Role

Industrial Electrician Team Lead This role will act as a lead in the ETO Electrical Assembly department supporting

accuracy, quality, prioritization of work, and 5S standards as required. The Electrical Assembly Team Lead will work

closely with teammates, engineers, and leadership to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement across electrical

builds and also completes electrical work within the facility. Perform electrical assembly tasks, including panel wiring

and component installation while acting as the lead of the department and adhering to electrical standards and codes.

Maintain rotation of tasks within the department and participate in daily Gemba board discussions. Collaborate with the
