About the Role

The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, invites applications for the Boiler Operator in the Facilities and

Engineering Department. Full Time Permanent - Staff Facilities/Grounds Payscale: Band 4 The candidates duties will

include, but not limited to: Responsible for proper operation of the Central Boiler Plant; maintains operational and

maintenance records of the Boiler Plants, Main Boilers, Auxiliary Boilers, and Main and Auxiliary Steam distribution

systems and associated equipment; must be able to work and support work on rotating shifts including, nights, weekends,

holidays and emergencies supervising the Central Boiler Plant in proper operation, maintenance and repair of associated
