About the Role
Operate and maintain boiler plant for medical campus. Observe and dispatch maintenance engineers for building automation
system alarms regarding HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. Assist the
chief in duties regarding HW boilers around campus. The current schedule is 7 to 7 on days or nights for a 2/2/3
schedule, but could be changed in the future for staff and management needs. Shifts are determined by
seniority.Relocation Package: $3,000 - $7,500 in relocation reimbursements. Sign On Bonus: $2,500 sign on bonus paid out
after 30 days of your start date. Generous Paid Personal Leave: Ensuring you have time to refresh and recharge.
