About the Role

Job Summary This position performs routine grounds maintenance duties to maintain clean, safe, and well‐kept interior

and exterior facilities in accordance with established procedures and company standards. The Lead also provides daily

directions to groundskeeping staff, assists with task coordination, and ensures work is completed in alignment with

performance, safety, and security expectations within government and defense environments. Groundskeeping Duties Cut

grass using walking-type or riding mowers (less than 2000 lbs). Trim hedges and edge around walkways, flower beds, and

wells using hedge trimmers, clippers, and edging tools. Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth using shears
