including office areas, kitchen, restrooms, conference rooms, public gathering areas, public bathrooms, locker rooms,

entry ways, elevators and stairs, garages, storage areas and the sidewalks. Maintain a detailed understanding of the

overall property and resident-based facility. Inspect the building and property daily; perform routine preventative
