About the Role
Job Type Full-time Description $18/hr. to $19/hr. and Generous Benefits Including a Free Family YMCA Membership Under
the direction of the Building and Grounds Director, the Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance
of the interior and exterior of the building and grounds areas for the Maplewood Family YMCA. The candidate may serve as
designee to assist in shift assignments, interact with other departments and set up for meetings or special events.
Assists custodial staff with cleanliness of branches when assigned. The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA
leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester is
