Job Description The Skilled Tradesman – HVAC is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating,

ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across campus facilities. This position ensures safe, reliable,

and code-compliant HVAC operations to support the College’s instructional and operational needs. Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air handlers, split systems, chillers, boilers,

and heat pumps Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient

operation Perform system diagnostics, including airflow, temperature control, and refrigerant levels Maintain and repair
