Job Description Corporate HVAC Technician The HVAC Technician repairs and performs preventative maintenance on various
air quality systems. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment and quickly
performing needed repairs. HVAC Technicians have many responsibilities. Depending on the specifics of a job, their
primary duty is to maintain HVAC systems. • The HVAC Technician will perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment. •
The HVAC Technician will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. • The HVAC Technician will communicate with
store personnel and maintenance management on all work being done. • The HVAC Technician will order all necessary parts
