About the Role

HVAC Technician II - Ellsworth The HVAC Technician position is responsible for work of complex difficulty in operation,

maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, and repair of facility HVAC systems which include all components related to

commercial/industrial grade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and multi-zone systems that

incorporate pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls and Process Equipment Systems. Assists in the

repair of Building Automation Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Security Systems, Utility Plant Systems, Lighting,

Building Maintenance, and other tasks as they apply to demands of the department. Operates, maintains, installs,
