About the Role

Job Summary: Installs, operates, services and repairs environmental-control systems in Government Healthcare Facilities,

utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, HVAC troubleshooting and building automation. Primary Job Functions:

Performs day to day operations for HVAC and Building Automation maintenance in Government Healthcare Facilities Performs

preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of HVAC and Building Automation systems Troubleshoots

and repairs a variety of HVAC and Building Automation systems and devices Mounts compressor and condenser units on

platform or floor, using hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications. Installs evaporator unit in
