About the Role

JOB SUMMARY Facilities HVAC Technicians II independently perform routine preventative maintenance, moderate

troubleshooting, and repairs within commercial and residential building environments supporting 24/7/365 operations.

This role applies to intermediate HVAC expertise while providing safe, efficient, and customer-focused service. We are

pleased to offer a one-time sign-on bonus of $500 to the selected candidate, payable after successful completion of the

first 30 days of employment.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES ~ Perform preventative maintenance,
