About the Role
Dispatcher Position Americold Refrigeration Consultants, operating as a Tech24 Company, is a leading provider of
commercial and refrigeration service across all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and the
Washington, DC metro area. The team specializes exclusively in emergency service, maintenance, and installation,
supporting critical environments where temperature control is essential to operations and food preservation. The
Dispatcher is the central hub of communication between the Customer and Technician. The position will require you to
answer phone calls, and then communicate effectively with the necessary Technicians in response to the request. The
