Housekeeping Supervisor
About the Role
Job Summary The Executive Housekeeper leads the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, overseeing staffing, operations,
and service standards to ensure Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Heart-of-House spaces are consistently clean, sanitized,
and impeccably presented. This is a #2 role within the department, equivalent to an Assistant Director, and a key driver
of both the guest and colleague experience. Requirements ~ Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience in an upscale
hotel or resort ~ Minimum 3 years in a management role ~5-star luxury hotel or resort experience preferred ~ Rooms
Division exposure (e.g., Front Office) is a plus ~ Working knowledge of Opera (PMS) or comparable hotel systems ~
