established protocols to determine how materials should be handled after receipt. Perform full inspection and

verification on all RMAs, including EGM serial-number reconciliation. Use case-management and ERP systems to investigate

discrepancies, part numbers, and receiving data. Work with Order Planning, Tech Services, and Business Operations to

resolve first-level RMA issues. Advance second-level discrepancies to Service Support Representative Parts. Conduct
