About the Role
The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of injection molding
equipment on a shift. This role serves as the technical expert on the maintenance team, providing hands-on support in
diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. The Lead Tech ensures that all
equipment is maintained in optimal condition to support continuous production and minimize downtime. In addition to
performing complex maintenance tasks, the Lead Maintenance Technician coordinates work assignments, mentor's junior
technicians, and ensures compliance with safety protocols and preventive maintenance schedules. This position plays a
