About the Role
Pay rate: $35 to $38 hourly based on experience. The Lead Maintenance Technician supports the Chief Engineer in
installing, maintaining and repairing industrial laundry equipment and systems while providing day-to-day guidance to
maintenance technicians. This role remains primarily hands-on and is responsible for performing preventative
maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while assisting in coordinating work, supporting training efforts, and
helping ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and
procedures. This is a developmental role intended to build technical and operational readiness for advancement, without
