About the Role

Industrial Painter An industrial painter is responsible for surface preparation, paint application, and maintaining a

clean work environment. They power-wash surfaces, perform substrate preparation, mix paints, and apply coatings to

fabricated metal products. Attention to detail, knowledge of painting techniques, and physical stamina are essential for

this role. General Responsibilities Prepares surface for paint application, including but not limited to power-washed

and cleaned surfaces for painting. Selected appropriate paint types for each surface. Monitors paint inventory and

tools. Collaborates with other painters to ensure timely completion of jobs. Performed basic maintenance tasks when not
