About the Role
Position Summary: The basic function of the Painter is to mix, prepare, and apply atomized paint, ink or other coating
agents to products or materials to aesthetically enhance and/or provide corrosion resistance per manufacturing and
NADCAP requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reads
and interprets blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine prepping /deprepping Mixes paints and inks with
proper thinner solution to obtain correct consistency for application. (touch ups ) Applies paint in accordance with
product requirements. Masks parts and cleans parts Selects holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials for
