About the Role

Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedHeadHousekeeper to lead our housekeeping team,

oversee daily operations, andensure the highest standards of cleanliness and IHG Brand Standards are met. The

HeadHousekeeper will manage the housekeeping department, supervise staff, scheduleshifts, and maintain inventory of

supplies. This role requires a hands-onleader who can balance administrative responsibilities with team leadership

andoperational tasks. Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards. Create

and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage. Conduct daily inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities
