Hospital Boiler Operator

About the Role

Overview Ensures the safe, efficient operation of the boiler plant and facility-wide steam systems. Performs

installation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across central plant

and utility infrastructure, including boilers, HVAC and refrigeration, emergency generators, chilled water, building

automation, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems. Leads regulatory testing and documentation for power

generation systems, coordinates on-call response and emergency support, and mentors and trains Plant Operations staff on

boiler plant functions. Applies strong communication and customer service skills to maintain reliability, safety, and
