About the Role
About the Resident A local Sturgeon Bay resident who is paralyzed and requires full‐time assistance to live comfortably
and maintain independence at home seeks a full‐time caregiver. The candidate should be kind, patient, reliable, and
supportive of the resident's caregiving team. Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and
grooming. Mobility: Help with transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.) and ensure safe movement around the house, including
use of a ceiling lift transfer if needed. Medication: Assist with medication distribution. Meal Preparation: Plan,
prepare, and serve nutritious meals; provide feeding assistance when necessary. Household Tasks: Perform light
