About the Role

Hiring Painters (Entry Level) Responsibilities Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations

according to established standards and specifications. Follow pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and

priorities as directed by the supervisor. Apply paint using spray guns and related equipment for industrial, commercial,

or residential-style production painting. Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts related to paint

processes and workflow. Maintain paint equipment, tools, and paint booths in good operating condition and report any

issues promptly. Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and other paint prep tasks to ensure proper
